In addition to your unit mentor, I am also your Raincross cluster coordinator.
As your mentor, my focus this year will be on the following:
* Be in contact with your unit via email or direct mail
* Encourage your unit to communicate via church newsletter, bulletin boards, bulletin announcements,
email, church web site, special mailings etc. about Pacifica SWO events
* Provide guidance in operating effectively within your unit
As your cluster coordinator, my focus this year will be on the following:
* Organize a cluster planning team of at least three members (team shall be elected at the next cluster meeting)
* Work with the team and the SWO to determine and organize at least 2 cluster events/meetings for the year
* Provide opportunities for action based on team established missions with the guidance of the SWO
* Communicate cluster news via the web site and email
And, your role as a cluster member would be to become involved in cluster activities and promote the activities within your unit.
